The device is a compact **OBD-II Tracker** that plugs directly into your van’s diagnostic port (found under the dash). This means **zero wiring, no tools, and no technician** is needed—you plug it in and start tracking instantly.

📡 Dual Data Collection & Transmission

The device uses a **GNSS satellite chip** for highly accurate location data and also reads vehicle vitals (ignition status, speed) directly from the van’s computer. This data is transmitted instantly via a **4G/LTE chip** to the Vantracker server.

🔒 Reliability and Power Protection

The unit draws minimal power from the OBD port and **never requires charging**. An internal backup battery provides security, allowing the device to send an immediate **”unplugged” alert** if it’s tampered with or removed.
